If you wish to use the warming tray as a flatbed hot plate, simply remove the serving dishes and the frame. To switch back just attached the sturdy frame, two have a one litre capacity and the other two have a two-litre capacity giving the whole item a large six litre capacity. Not only is this of a great size it is also extremely easy to clean. The removable dishes and frame allow for quick and simple cleaning and the warming tray can be swiftly wiped down once cooled.
